The Sailor

I wrote this song about 12 years ago. I entered it into an FBi radio demo comp and it won a runner-up prize of some studio time. The guy who ran the studio asked me what the song was about and I told him it was about a gay jesus. That's not strictly true. I guess it's more about finding the feminine in the divine and the divine in yourself. Then again, it's just a bunch of words that sound nice when strung together in a melodic way.
